  • HOW DO I BOOK MY PET'S ACCOMMODATION?

    Bookings can be made by completing an online booking request or phoning us. A minimum $100 non-refundable booking will be required.

  • WHEN CAN I DROP OFF/PICK-UP MY CAT OR DOG?

    You can drop off and pick up your pet anytime during our opening hours 8.30am to 5.30pm. If you wish to pick up or drop off your pet outside of normal hours you will be required to pay the "Out of hours check in/check out" fee of $60 per hour or part thereof.

  • CAN I BRING MY PET'S FAVOURITE TOYS AND BEDDING?

    We provide plenty of toys and bedding for your pet to enjoy. If you would like to make your pet feel more at home, you are welcome to bring extra bedding and toys at no extra charge.

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR MY CAT OR DOG?

    When checking your pet in, you will need to bring a current vaccination certificate. All pets should be vaccinated a minimum of 14 days prior to boarding.

  • WHAT MEAL OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR MY CAT OR DOG?

    We offer premium quality dry food (Purina Pro Plan). Individual dining options for wet food are available prior to check-in.

    Gourmet food options are available at an additional cost, this can include cooked chicken breast, chicken necks, loaf and sardines.

  • CAN I BRING MY PET'S OWN FOOD?

    Yes. No additional charges will apply. Please clearly label all food.

  • DOES MY DOG GET REGULAR EXERCISE?

    Yes. All pets will be rotated throughout the day in the exercise yards. Extra one-on-one exercise/play are available at an additional cost.

  • ARE YOU ABLE TO ADMINISTER MEDICATION TO MY PET?

    Yes. We have experienced staff trained in properly administering a range of medications to cats and dogs.

  • ARE YOU ABLE TO ASSIST MY PET WITH SPECIAL NEEDS?

    Check with our staff prior to booking and we will try our best to arrange something to accommodate your pet.
